Job Opportunity: Welder Fitter on Ship – Maritime Sector in South America
Description of the position and key responsibilities: We are looking for a Welder Fitter (Rigger Welder) to join a crew on a ship bound for South America. The journey will last approximately six weeks. Responsibilities will include assembling and welding structures on board, using specialized rigging techniques.
Requirements and qualifications:
- OGUK Certification
- BOSIET Training (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
- CAEBS Certificate (Certificate of Survival and Emergency in Helicopters)
- Rigging Certification Level 3 or 4
- Valid Passport
- Seaman’s Book
- Previous experience as a Welder Fitter on ships
Additional details: The offer includes a trip to South America, with a planned stay on board the ship for six weeks.
