Marine Advisor – ADNOC Charter Project – UAE

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marine Advisor for the ADNOC Charter project based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The successful candidate will act as a Client Marine Representative for offshore operations, ensuring compliance with marine standards and overseeing various marine activities.

Requirements

  • Strong previous experience as a Marine Advisor
  • Ability to review CPT (Cargo Planning and Transport) from the UAE area with extensive offshore experience across multiple vessel types including Liftboats, Jack-Up Barges (JUB), Rigs, Platform Supply Vessels (PSV), Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessels (AHTS), Dynamic Positioning (DP) vessels, and Heavy Lift vessels
  • Master Mariner (Class I) certification
  • Minimum 10 years of offshore experience covering Liftboats, JUB, Rigs, PSV, AHTS, DP, and Heavy Lift operations
  • Strong knowledge of QP/ADNOC marine standards including SIMO, ASMV, ASMC, and JUIMS

Responsibilities

  • Act as Marine Advisor/Client Marine Representative for offshore operations
  • Conduct vessel inspections and contractor audits
  • Lead incident investigations and witness marine operations

Contract Details

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Rotation: 3 months ON / 1 month OFF
  • Contract Duration: 3 years
  • Joining Date: ASAP
