We are seeking a qualified Motorman (MOT.) for a position aboard a modern chemical/oil tanker operating worldwide under the Danish flag. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity with a leading crewing agency.
Offer Details
- Salary: €2,418 per month
- Location: Vessel under Danish flag, worldwide navigation
- Contract: 8 weeks (+/- 2 weeks)
- Vessel Type: Chemical/Oil Tanker (Ch./Oil tanker)
- Hiring Company: Crewing agency “Saga”
- Required Training: Training required for the Motorman rank according to STCW, including basic safety certificates and tanker specialisation where applicable.
- Benefits: Fixed-duration contract with possible extension, on a modern vessel (built in 2020).

Functions
According to STCW, the typical functions of a Motorman include:
