Requirements

  • Certificate of Proficiency III/5
  • Valid STCW and medical certificates
  • Good English (Marlins Test)
  • EU citizenship
  • At least two contracts in rank on similar vessels with engine power below 1200 kW

Duties

  • Performing routine maintenance and repair of engine room machinery
  • Assisting engineers in watchkeeping duties
  • Operating and monitoring engine room equipment
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the engine room

Required Documents

  • Certificate of Proficiency III/5
  • Valid STCW certificates
  • Valid medical certificate
  • Marlins Test certificate
