Position Overview

We are seeking a Night Cook for a Jack-Up vessel (self-elevating platform for offshore operations). This is a fixed-term contract with a 5/5 rotation schedule (5 weeks on board followed by 5 weeks on leave).

Requirements

  • Valid UK Frontier Worker Permit
  • BOSIET Certificate (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
  • GWO Working at Heights Certificate
  • Chester Step Test
  • Strong baking and pastry skills

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of meals during the night shift
  • Production of bakery and pastry products
  • Maintenance of hygiene and food safety standards according to maritime regulations
  • Management of galley inventory during your shift

Required Documentation

  • Updated STCW Certificates (as per standard requirement for galley staff)
  • Medical fitness certificate for embarkation
  • Valid passport
  • Seaman’s book
