Description of the position and key functions: The position of Second Engineer on board an Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel under the Cyprus flag is being offered. The vessel, built in 2021, is equipped with a main Mak engine of 16000 kW. The Second Engineer’s responsibilities include managing and maintaining the ship’s machinery, ensuring optimal operation in conjunction with the engineering team.
Requirements and qualifications: Nationality: European Union Citizen. Previous experience as a Second Engineer on similar vessels (AHTS). Knowledge and experience with Mak engines. Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing environments.
Additional details: Salary: 12,648 USD. 5-week contract. Embarkation start date: April 1, 2025. Sailing area: Europe and United Kingdom.
