We are seeking a qualified Second Engineer for an Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) DP2 vessel operating in Angola, West Africa. This is a temporary contract position with Atlas NextWave.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Supervision of the engine department under the direction of the Chief Engineer
- Maintenance and operation of propulsion systems, electrical generation and auxiliary systems
- Management of the dynamic positioning system (DP2) and related equipment
- Compliance with safety and environmental procedures on board
- Coordination with the deck department for towing and support operations
