Requirements

- Assist the Chief Officer with navigation watchkeeping
- Responsible for navigation and communications equipment
- Supervision of loading/unloading operations on chemical tanker
- Maintenance of safety and lifesaving equipment
- Compliance with ISM/ISPS procedures on board
