Second Officer for Container Ship at Baltic Shipping
Baltic Shipping is looking for a Second Officer for a container ship with a DWT of 20,000 tonnes. The person in this position will be responsible for navigation and daily operations on the bridge. They will need to work closely with the captain and the rest of the officer team to ensure the safety and efficiency of the vessel.
Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is required. Candidates must hold a valid Second Officer license and have a solid knowledge of the main Wartsila engine of 13,000 kW. It is essential that applicants have experience working on similar vessels, especially newly constructed ships, considering that the vessel was built in 2024.
