Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for a Senior Crane Operator with experience in DSV (diver support vessel) to work in Libyan waters. Although the vessel will not call at Libya, crew changes will take place in Malta. Responsibilities include the safe and efficient operation of the vessel’s crane, ensuring all loads are handled in accordance with established safety procedures.

Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience as a Crane Operator in a DSV environment. Valid seafarer’s book. OPITO BOSIET/FOET with CA EBS certificate. Knowledge of COSHH and access to confined spaces. Offshore Stage 3 Crane Operator certification (BS7121). MIST training. Valid OGUK medical examination. Valid passport.

Additional details: The contract is for one year with a 6-week rotation. The contract start date is September 30th.
