We are recruiting for permanent positions as a Solo Skipper and Solo Chief Engineer to work on Multicat/Workboat vessels operating in offshore environments. The roles are based in Germany and the United Kingdom, with specific rotation patterns for each location.

- Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per year (Skipper) and £40,000 – £48,000 per year (Solo Chief Engineer) + company benefits

Requirements

- Valid UK work permit
Responsibilities
- Skipper: Command and navigation of the vessel, crew management, compliance with safety regulations (SOLAS)
- Solo Chief Engineer: Maintenance and operation of all propulsion plant and auxiliary systems, management of spare parts inventories
- According to STCW, typical functions include supervision of loading/unloading operations, maintenance of safety equipment, and coordination with offshore projects
