Position Overview
Royal Caribbean Cruises is looking for dynamic, top-quality individuals to join our expanding family. As a Sports & Activities Staff member, you will be responsible for organising and leading onboard sports and recreational activities, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience while travelling the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate sports and activities programmes, including but not limited to rock climbing, zip line, flow rider, sports court, and fitness classes.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests of all ages.
- Maintain and set up sports equipment and activity areas.
- Assist with special events and themed activities as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sports instruction, recreation, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Must be able to obtain a valid passport and necessary visas.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Contract Details
- Contract duration: Typically 6-8 months, with possibility of extension.
- Start date: Various dates throughout the year.
- Salary: Competitive, plus room and board provided.
- Location: Onboard Royal Caribbean cruise ships, itineraries worldwide.
