Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Third Officer
- Previous experience on container vessels
- Updated STCW documentation
- Current medical certificate for seafarers
- Proficiency in technical maritime English
Responsibilities
- Assist the Officer on Watch with navigation and watchkeeping duties
- Responsible for navigation and communications equipment
- Supervision of container loading/unloading operations
- Maintenance of safety and lifesaving equipment
- Compliance with ISPS procedures and onboard security
- Preparation of nautical and cargo documentation
