Fair Wind is seeking a qualified Third Engineer for a temporary 4-month contract aboard an RO-RO (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessel. The position offers a salary of 4600 USD per month. The start date for joining the vessel is 20.04.2026.
Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC)
- Experience on RO-RO vessels
- Availability to join on 20.04.2026
- Merchant Marine Engineer Officer qualification or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Supervision and maintenance of propulsion and auxiliary machinery
- Control of the vessel’s engineering systems
- Compliance with safety and environmental procedures
- Support to the Chief Engineer and Second Engineer in daily operations
Required Documentation
- Certificate of Competency (CoC)
- Seaman’s Book
- Updated STCW certificates
- Valid passport
- Medical fitness certificate for seafarers
