Third Officer for DP3 Dive Support and Construction Vessel – SIA Gold Orion Ltd. – Persian Gulf
Description of the role and key functions: An opportunity is available to work as a Third Officer on a DP3 dive support and construction vessel. Responsibilities include supervising onboard operations under the ship’s management guidance, as well as navigation tasks and instrument control maintenance. Previous experience on these types of vessels is required.
Requirements and qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience on a DP3 DSV in the same rank is needed. Candidates must hold the STCW 10/5 document package and additional certifications such as BOSIET/HUET, CA-EBS, UKOAA medical examination, and ARAMCO approval. In addition, an unlimited OWW Competency Certificate or higher is required, along with proficiency in English with a score of 85% or higher on the Marlins exam.
Additional details: The position offers a salary between 260-300 USD per day, depending on the interview. The expected rotation is 8 weeks onboard and 8 weeks off. The offer is open to candidates of any nationality. The original language of the offer is English.
