Description of the Position and Key Functions: We are looking for a First Officer DP Unlimited for a DSV (Diving Support Vessel) with a deadweight of 4708. The main responsibilities include assisting the captain in the command of the vessel, leading Dynamic Positioning operations and bridge surveillance, overseeing deck operations and cargo handling in offshore support activities. You will also be responsible for implementing safety, environmental, and quality standards, as well as coordinating crew training, drills, and emergency preparedness. You will act as the vessel’s safety officer, ensuring proper reporting and corrective actions for HSE issues.

Requirements and Qualifications: Unlimited First Officer Certificate of Competency with full DP certification. Previous experience as a First Officer on DSV or offshore DP vessels. Solid knowledge of DP systems and offshore operations. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Availability to embark from Ortona in September 2025 and work in Israel for the duration of the project.

Additional Details: The vessel will fly the flag of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from September to December 2025, later returning to the Italian flag. The operating area will be in Israel, with the port of embarkation in Ortona, Italy. The joining date is expected to be in mid-September 2025 to allow for proper handover. The contract duration is approximately 2 months (+/- 20 days). The salary package is competitive and includes a significant bonus due to the operating area. There is the possibility of future integration into the vessel’s long-term rotation scheme.
