Second Engineer for Container Ship – Amergo Group
Position Description and Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a Second Engineer for a container ship with a joining date in mid-November (week 46). The professional will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of the onboard engineering equipment, ensuring the proper functioning of the propulsion system and other auxiliary systems.
Requirements and Qualifications: Candidates must have experience in the role of Second Engineer and possess a good level of English. It is essential to have solid knowledge of propulsion systems for container ships and the ability to work as part of a team under demanding conditions.
Additional Details: The contract is for 3 months, with a possible extension of ±1 month. The salary ranges between £6,100 and £6,400, depending on the time of service at sea.
