Chief Cook Position on 5-Star Accommodation Ship in Malta – ORCA Crew Services
ORCA Crew Services is seeking a highly qualified Chief Cook to join an offshore accommodation vessel in Malta. The ideal candidate must deliver a 5-star service, meeting cruise ship standards, for a project with an average on-board capacity of between 160 and 400 people, and a maximum of 800 people.
Responsibilities:
- Significant experience as a Chief Cook in cruise ship standards.
- Valid offshore survival certificate, in accordance with STCW and/or OPITO BOSIET.
- Valid BOSIET H2S training.
- Training in personnel transfer via basket.
- Valid HUET course.
- Food handling medical fitness certificate (for kitchen staff).
- EU work permit.

- Start Date: April 7, 2025
- Contract Duration: 6 weeks with a 6:6 week rotation
- Location: Malta (offshore)
