A Second Engineer with ERRV experience is required to join a North Star vessel in the United Kingdom. The role starts on 9th November (travelling on the 8th) with a 4/4 rotation (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off).
The position requires previous experience on Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels and the appropriate certificate of competency and STCW certificates. Duties include engine room watches, maintenance of propulsion and auxiliary systems, and assisting the Chief Engineer.
Under the STCW Convention, the Second Engineer must be competent to perform watches and operate the ship's systems, and must hold the relevant training and certification. Salary is not specified in the job advert.
