A Master is required to join a newbuild LNG Carrier (2026) of 95,160 DWT and 23,800 BHP. The offered salary is 23,500 USD per month. The contracting company is Techmarine.
The Master holds ultimate responsibility for the safety of the vessel, crew and cargo, as well as compliance with international regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW). They will oversee LNG loading and discharging operations, coordinate navigation and manage the vessel's documentation.
Under the STCW Convention, the Master must hold a Master Mariner certificate and the relevant specialised certificates, including liquefied gas tanker training. Previous experience on LNG carriers is an advantage.
