An experienced Motorman is urgently required to join an offshore support vessel in the North Sea for a 4-week contract. Full STCW certification is mandatory, along with GWO Working at Heights and GWO Sea Survival certificates. A Certificate of Proficiency under STCW Regulation III/5 is also required. Only UK or EU nationals will be considered.
The Motorman will perform engine room watches, assist in the maintenance of propulsion and auxiliary systems, and support deck operations as required. Immediate mobilisation is essential, so availability to travel at short notice is highly valued.
Under the STCW Convention, the Motorman is part of the engine department and must be familiar with onboard emergency and safety procedures. Previous experience on offshore support vessels and knowledge of GWO protocols will be considered an advantage.
