Full description

A Second Engineer is required to join a bunkering tanker. Embarkation will take place within a week. The contract will last for 4 months, plus or minus 1 month. The salary offered is 5,500 USD per month, plus a bonus of 275 USD. Good English and experience in the rank are required. Under the STCW Convention, the Second Engineer is responsible for engine room watches and assists the Chief Engineer in supervising the maintenance and operation of propulsion and auxiliary systems. On a tanker, they must also comply with SOLAS safety regulations and MLC 2006 guidelines on living and working conditions on board.
