Full description

Seven Seas Maritime Services is looking for an experienced ETO to join an MPSV DP2 (Platform Supply Vessel with Dynamic Positioning class 2) operating in Angola. The vessel, built in 2013, is 4,300 GT and equipped with two Caterpillar 3516C DITA engines. The contract is a 2-month on/off rotation, with a daily rate of 280 USD, equivalent to 8,400 USD per month worked. The joining date is as soon as possible. The candidate must have at least 12 months' experience as ETO on MPSV DP2 or similar vessels, a valid ETO Certificate of Competency (CoC), proven experience with Caterpillar 3516 series engines, and valid STCW, MLC and offshore certificates. Knowledge of dynamic positioning systems and the ability to work in offshore environments will be valued. Under the STCW Convention, the ETO is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the ship's electrical and electronic systems, including generators and control systems. They must also comply with the safety and environmental protection regulations set out in SOLAS and MLC 2006. Experience on DP2 vessels is essential to ensure system reliability during offshore operations.
