We are currently looking for a Second Officer / DPO to join an MPSV DP2 vessel in Angola. The salary is 250 USD per day and the contract duration is 2 months. Joining is scheduled for mid-November.
Requirements include a full DP certificate, a minimum of 24 months' experience in the position on MPSV DP2 vessels, good English and CPP propulsion experience. According to STCW, the Second Officer is responsible for navigational watches and the operation of the dynamic positioning system, assisting the Captain and other officers.
The vessel operates in Angolan waters, so previous experience in the area and the ability to work in an international environment will be valued.
