An ETO is required to join a DP2 diving support vessel operating in Angola. The salary offered is 280 USD per day, equivalent to 8,400 USD per month, and the contract rotation is 2 months. The joining date is mid-November.
The candidate must hold a DPM certificate and have at least 24 months of experience in the position on similar vessels. Good English and experience with CPP and Caterpillar 3516 engines are required. Under the STCW Convention, the ETO is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the ship's electrical and electronic systems, including propulsion and power generation equipment, and for assisting in diving operations when necessary.
Typical duties include the management of electrical and electronic systems, maintenance of propulsion and generation equipment, and collaboration in diving operations. Previous experience on DP2 diving support vessels is valued.
