PG Global is currently seeking experienced offshore personnel to join an upcoming rotational project on board a semi-submersible drilling rig in the Caribbean. Positions available include Toolpusher, Driller, Derrickman, Lead Roughneck, Drilling Equipment Operator and Electronic Technician (ET). Previous offshore drilling experience and relevant experience in the respective position are required; previous semi-submersible experience is preferred. Valid offshore certifications and medical, as well as availability for rotational assignments, are essential.
In accordance with industry standards (STCW, SOLAS, MLC 2006), drilling personnel must meet the applicable training and certification requirements, including basic offshore safety induction and emergency training (BOSIET/HUET) and regular medical examinations. Typical duties include the operation and supervision of drilling equipment, maintaining safety on the drill floor and coordinating with the rest of the team.
