A welder is required to work on a drillship (Jack-Up) in the Netherlands. The contract is a 2-week on/2-week off rotation. Previous experience on Jack-Up units or offshore construction is required.
Candidates must hold BOSIET/FOET, MIST, and a valid offshore medical certificate. The role involves performing welding tasks on offshore structures, maintaining equipment, and complying with safety regulations.
Under STCW, offshore welders should have maritime safety training and be familiar with emergency procedures. Additional training may be provided by the employer as necessary.
