A fitter is required to join a container ship. The contract will last for 6 months, with a flexibility of plus or minus 1 month. The offered salary ranges from 2,400 to 2,600 US dollars per month.
The fitter will carry out maintenance and repair tasks on the ship's mechanical equipment, under the supervision of the chief engineer. Basic STCW training and certifications are required, as well as previous experience on container ships or similar vessels. Teamwork skills and compliance with safety regulations will be valued.
