Full description

Total Shipmanagement is seeking a Chief Engineer for a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) with DP2 dynamic positioning system, operating in Cyprus waters. The contract will last for 2 months, with joining expected at the end of October. The salary offered is 360 USD per day, equivalent to approximately 10,800 USD per month. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as Chief Engineer on DP vessels and hold a DPM (Dynamic Positioning Maintenance) certificate or provide evidence of equivalent experience in maintaining dynamic positioning systems. Under the STCW Convention, the Chief Engineer is responsible for the safety and efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical and propulsion systems on board, as well as supervising the engine department personnel. This position is aimed at professionals with valid maritime documentation and availability to join on the indicated date. Previous experience on platform supply vessels and knowledge of safety protocols applicable to offshore operations will be valued.
