A Master is required for a Panamax bulk carrier of 92,524 DWT, built in 2007 in South Korea. The contract is for 4 months plus 2 months of leave, with joining in November. The salary offered is 10,500 to 11,200 USD per month, or equivalent in Euros.
The candidate must have at least 12 months of experience in the rank of Master on Panamax vessels and good English. Under the STCW Convention, the Master is responsible for the safety of the ship, crew and cargo, as well as compliance with international regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC 2006).
