A Fourth Engineer is required to join a Panamax bulk carrier of 92,524 DWT, built in 2007 in South Korea. The contract will consist of 4 months on board plus 2 months of vacation, with joining scheduled for November. The offered salary is 3,200 to 3,500 USD per month, or the equivalent in euros. The candidate must have at least 12 months of experience in the rank, good English and previous experience on the same type of vessel. Under the STCW Convention, the Fourth Engineer performs watches in the engine room and assists in the maintenance of propulsion and auxiliary systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protection regulations.
