WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Third Engineer to join an accommodation vessel in Guyana by 21st November for an 8/8 rotation. A Guyana visa is mandatory, along with COC, STCW certificates, BOSIET/FOET, CA-EBS, passport, medical certificate, seamans book and yellow fever vaccination.
The successful candidate will perform engine room watches, assist in the maintenance of propulsion and auxiliary systems, and comply with safety and environmental regulations. Typical duties of a Third Engineer include monitoring machinery, troubleshooting equipment and ensuring the vessel's technical systems operate efficiently.
Under STCW, the Third Engineer must hold the appropriate certificate of competency and keep all certifications up to date. The accommodation vessel operates in Guyana waters, so the specific documentation listed is required.
