Full description

We are looking for an Ordinary Seaman (OS) to join a diving support vessel (DSV) operating in the North Sea. The candidate must have at least 1 year of sea-going experience and be interested in starting a career in the offshore market, preferably in ERRV / Stand-by fleets. The standby vessels are relatively small, so the winter season in the North Sea can be demanding; candidates must be prepared for rough seas. The crew frequently performs drills and tests to remain fully prepared for emergencies, so we are looking for safety-minded individuals dedicated to providing assistance whenever needed. The contract offers long-term cooperation (subject to mutual satisfaction) with a rotation of 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off. The salary is 4,522 EUR per month, paid onboard only. Required certifications include Deck Hand certificate, STCW VI/1, VI/6-2, VI/2-1, VI/2-2, valid health certificate, and good English skills (Marlins test). ITSO and OPITO Boatman courses are advantageous.
