A Chief Officer is required to join an LPG carrier of the BW Epic Kosan fleet, with immediate embarkation in Ukraine. The contract duration is 4 months (+/-1) and the salary offered is 9,820 USD per month, including a re-joining bonus of 250 USD. The crew is mixed and a good command of English and solid professional knowledge are essential.
The Chief Officer is responsible for the navigational watch and for supervising the loading and discharging of LPG, as well as the maintenance of deck equipment and the ship's safety. Under the STCW Convention, the officer must hold a Certificate of Competency as Officer in Charge of a Navigational Watch (II/2) and the specific training for tanker vessels (V/1-2).
The vessel operates under a flag of convenience and undertakes international voyages, so valid maritime documentation and availability to join urgently are required. The company offers a rotation contract with the possibility of renewal.
