Full description

We are seeking an Uptime Gangway/Crane Operator Stage 3 to join an offshore support vessel in Norway. The contract will commence on 11 November 2026 and will involve multiple rotations on a 6/6 schedule (six months on, six months off). Salary is not specified in the offer. The candidate must hold a Crane Operator Stage 3 or G5 certificate, as well as an Uptime Gangway Level 3 or 4 (renewal) certificate. An AB certificate is mandatory, along with STCW Basic Safety Training, STCW Medical (OGUK is not acceptable), Security Duties certificate, and BOSEIT. A previous employment appraisal form and a copy of the Seaman's Book are also required. Under STCW, the crane operator must be familiar with safety procedures for lifting and personnel transfer operations, and comply with MLC 2006 standards on living and working conditions on board. Previous experience on offshore support vessels and knowledge of Uptime gangway operations are highly valued.
