An Offshore Crane Operator is required to join an FPSO vessel in offshore Gabon, West Africa. The contract is based on a 28-day on/28-day off rotation, with immediate mobilisation. Salary is not specified in the offer.
The candidate must have proven experience as an offshore crane operator, a valid OPITO Crane Operator Level 3 certificate, and excellent English communication skills. Under STCW, the crane operator must be familiar with lifting operations and comply with maritime safety regulations, including those set out in SOLAS and MLC 2006.
Main duties include the safe operation of deck cranes, cargo handling, and maintenance of lifting equipment, following vessel procedures and international regulations.
