Amergo Group is seeking a Second Officer to join a container ship. The contract will run for 4 or 6 months, with a tolerance of plus or minus one month, and the salary starts from 3,600 USD per month. Joining is scheduled from 20 November 2026.
Under STCW Regulation II/1, the Second Officer stands navigational watches under the supervision of the Master and Chief Officer, assists in passage planning, keeps nautical charts and publications up to date, and takes on the safety, life-saving and firefighting duties assigned by the Master.
