A Chief Engineer is required to join a 30,000 DWT bulk carrier. The contract will last 6 months and the salary offered is 8,000 to 8,300 USD per month. Joining is as soon as possible and candidates up to 62 years old are accepted.
The Chief Engineer is the head of the engine department, overseeing the maintenance and operation of propulsion and auxiliary systems, as well as managing the personnel under their command. A certificate of competency according to STCW III/2 and previous experience on bulk carriers are required. The contracting company is Start Manning, based in Ukraine.
