We are looking for a Second Officer DPO to join a research vessel with DP II capability. The start date is at the beginning of November, and the joining port is in Brazil. Solid experience on offshore vessels is essential, along with a DP Unlimited certificate.
The selected officer will perform bridge watches and operate the dynamic positioning system during research operations. Under STCW, the Second Officer must maintain the navigational watch and assist in ship manoeuvres, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Previous experience on research or offshore support vessels is an advantage.
