A Second Engineer is required to join an LNG Carrier of 120,000 DWT. The joining date is scheduled for 28 November 2026. The contract duration is 3 months and the salary offered is 17,400 USD per month. The port of embarkation will be determined according to the vessel's location.
The candidate must have at least 18 months of experience in the Second Engineer rank on LNG diesel vessels. Under the STCW Convention, the Second Engineer is responsible for engine room watches and supervising the maintenance of propulsion and auxiliary systems, under the authority of the Chief Engineer. Knowledge of liquefied natural gas systems and familiarity with SOLAS and MLC 2006 regulations will be valued.
The contracting company is Eurocrew. A 3-month contract with the possibility of renewal is offered. The joining date is scheduled for 28 November 2026.
