A cook is required to join the bulk carrier CORINTHIAN SPIRE, of 32,154 DWT, built in 2009 and equipped with a Mitsubishi main engine of 6,620 kW. The offered salary is 3,000 USD per month. The port of embarkation is Kherson (Ukraine).
The cook will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew, planning menus, managing provisions and maintaining hygiene in the galley and storage areas. They must comply with food safety and maritime regulations.
According to the STCW Convention, the cook must hold the appropriate food safety certification and basic maritime safety training. Previous experience on bulk carriers and valid documentation are required.
