Amergo Group is seeking a Third Officer to join container ships with MC/ME/RT-Flex and IGF engines. The contract duration is 4 to 6 months, with a possible extension of 1 month. Planned joining dates are 10-15 November, 4 December, 10-30 January, 10 February, 6 December and 10 March. The salary offered is 3,100 to 3,600 USD per month. Under the STCW Convention, the Third Officer is responsible for navigational watches under the supervision of the Master and Chief Officer, as well as the safety of the ship and crew. On container ships, familiarity with MC/ME/RT-Flex propulsion systems and IGF regulations for gas-fuelled ships is essential. Experience on this type of vessel and the ability to work in a multicultural environment will be valued.
