An experienced Second Skipper is required to join a dredger in Nigeria. The contract is short-term and the joining is immediate. The selected candidate will assist the captain in navigation and dredging operations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and work efficiency.
According to STCW, the Second Skipper must hold the appropriate certificate and be familiar with navigational watches and vessel manoeuvres. Knowledge of dredging operations and associated equipment is desirable. Previous experience on similar vessels and teamwork skills will be valued.
