2nd Engineer for PLV Ship – Saudi Arabia

Description of the position and key responsibilities: We are looking for a 2nd Engineer for a Pipeline Lay Vessel (PLV) in Saudi Arabia. The selected individual will be responsible for managing the engine room and ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems on board. Previous experience in projects approved by ARAMCO is desirable.

Requirements and qualifications: Candidates must hold the following certificates: basic STCW, advanced fire fighting, survival craft and rescue boats, security, engine room management, CoC, MLC medical certificate, seafarer’s book, BOSIET/FOET or HUET with CA-EBS, high voltage, passport, and proof of English language proficiency.

Additional details: The joining date is set for July 16, 2025, with a contract duration of six weeks. Preference will be given to candidates who have received prior approval from ARAMCO.
