Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Bosun / Stage 2 Crane Operator for a Heavy Lift Vessel (HLV) operating in the North Sea. This position requires a dual role combining traditional bosun duties with specialised heavy lift crane operation.

- Contract Type: Rotation 5 weeks on board / 5 weeks on shore

- Marlin’s Test (for non-UK nationals)
Responsibilities
- According to STCW, typical bosun functions include: supervision of deck crew, maintenance of deck equipment, loading/unloading operations, and safety responsibilities.
- As a Stage 2 crane operator on an HLV vessel: safe operation of heavy lift cranes, planning of lifting operations, coordination with deck team, and compliance with heavy lift specific safety procedures.
