The main role of the position includes menu preparation and kitchen management on board, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements and qualifications: Candidates must hold an EU passport. Possession of a Chinese visa is preferred. Additionally, the following certificates and documents are required:
- STCW Certificates
- Valid medical certificate
- Ship Cook Certificate
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Passport
- Seaman’s book
