Chief Engineer Job Opportunity on General Cargo Ship in Asia
Are you a skilled Chief Engineer looking for a new opportunity? CRS Marine is urgently seeking a Chief Engineer for a general cargo ship with a deadweight of 5600 tonnes, built in 2012. The joining date is between 5th August and 1st September, for a duration of 1 month. The ship operates in the areas of East Asia, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, with a crew of 8 members of Polish nationality. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for supervising the MaK 6M25 engine, which has 2692 BHP and 1980 Kw.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Fluency in English and solid professional knowledge
- Previous experience in container ships is mandatory
- Verification of all certificates and diplomas by MARAD
- Maximum age of 55 years
Additional details:
- Offered salary of 7,299 EUR per month, negotiable based on experience
- Contract duration is for one month
