Chief Engineer Needed for MSC Jessenia R Container Ship – Monrovia
We are urgently seeking a Chief Engineer for the container ship MSC Jessenia R, with a capacity of 3,817 TEU and registered in Liberia. The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the main Sulzer 7RTA84C engine, with a power of 28,350 kW / 38,018 BHP, and the active gas cleaning system (scrubber), ensuring the proper operation of all engineering systems on board.
Requirements and qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Chief Engineer on similar types of vessels.
– Detailed knowledge of Sulzer engine handling and naval engineering equipment maintenance skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and immediate availability to join the Zhangjiagang port on 22nd November 2025.
