The responsibilities include overseeing the efficient operation of the engine room and maintenance of all mechanical systems on board. The role involves working within a mixed crew, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all mechanical operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Solid previous experience in a similar position on board bulk carriers.
- Must have the appropriate certification and a valid license to work as a Chief Engineer.
- Skills in team management and technical problem-solving.
Additional Details:
- Expected joining date: 4th April 2025.
- Contract duration is 5 months with an option for an additional 1 month.
