Requirements

- Responsible for vessel safety and navigation under the Captain’s direction
- Management of deck crew and equipment maintenance
- Compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL regulations and tanker vessel codes

- Valid Certificate of Competence (CoC)
- Updated STCW certificates (including specific tanker training)
- Seaman’s passport and necessary visas
- Medical fitness certificate
- Letters of recommendation and experience
